The Daily Cutoff Boundary: Our shipping queue closes strictly at 5:00 PM (PT), Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Orders logged beyond this temporal threshold will systematically enter the subsequent business day's handling cycle.

Shipping Rates, Options, and Timelines

We believe in absolute transactional clarity and a fluid onboarding experience. Therefore, our domestic transit architecture is built on a model of universal accessibility:

Standard Garment Dispatch We provide complimentary standard delivery with absolute zero minimum purchase thresholds ($0.00) across our entire active domestic footprint. The estimated transit window spans 4 to 8 business days from carrier intake to destination arrival.

Our fulfillment network operates with a localized focus to preserve tracking telemetry. rikunwear does not offer international shipping. We do not support routing to international destinations, transshipment hubs, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, or any territories outside the contiguous United States. Furthermore, we do not route shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military forward-operating addresses.

For all approved domestic routes, zero import tariffs apply. Regional state sales taxes are programmatically audited and consolidated during checkout based on the destination zip code. Final delivery validation remains anchored exclusively to official carrier data logs; carrier-logged arrival constitutes contractual fulfillment of our service obligations.

The Immediate Order Revocation Windows

To maintain the efficiency of our logistics pipelines, picking and automated packing protocols begin within two hours of payment validation. Clients reserve the right to initiate a formal order cancellation within a strict two (2) hour grace period following checkout by alerting [email protected]. Beyond this two-hour boundary, or following physical handoff to our logistics networks, the dispatch cannot be recalled or altered in transit. In these instances, clients may implement our complimentary return protocol upon final delivery validation.

If a contemporary textile configuration fails to align with your personal environment or style expectations, rikunwear extends a voluntary, risk-free 30-day return window, calculated from the definitive date of delivery recorded within carrier database logs.

The Secure Packaging & Return Handoff: Securely reseal the garments within their original packaging structures, ensure all factory labels and internal tags remain intact, and affix the digital pre-paid label provided by our team. 📋 Material Quality & Preservation Criteria:

To secure complete financial restoration, all garments and textile configurations must be processed in their unaltered, unwashed, and entirely unused condition, with factory tags intact, and enclosed within the original packaging. Items arriving with signs of wear, dimensional stretching, laundering, scent alterations, or detached packaging structures do not meet return eligibility.

Comprehensive Elimination of Return Expenses & Tariffs

We believe that curating your personal wardrobe should be entirely stress-free. Our return expense architecture is defined as follows:

Restocking Penalties: rikunwear levies zero ($0.00) restocking fees, administrative premiums, or warehouse handling deductions on compliant returns.
Return Freight Financial Responsibility (Free Returns): rikunwear covers 100% of the return shipping costs. Regardless of whether the return stems from a change of style direction (customer remorse) or verified manufacturing defects or transit stress, our desk will issue a pre-paid return shipping label completely free of charge ($0.00) via email. The client will never endure out-of-pocket overhead to return eligible apparel to our facilities.

Monetary Restoration & Clearing Horizons

Upon physical intake and structural auditing of the returned garment consignment at our dedicated receiving terminal, a verification update will be forwarded to your registered email address confirming approval status.

Reimbursement Channel: Following approval, our financial infrastructure programmatically authorizes a complete reversal of charges, returning funds directly to the original credit card issuer or specific digital payment portal utilized during the initial acquisition. We do not authorize alternative refund routing destinations to mitigate financial processing risks.
Treasury Verification Timeline: Financial restoration is authorized on our digital ledgers within two (2) business days of physical return validation.
Banking Clearing Window: Individual banking institutions and credit card consortiums maintain independent clearing schedules; please anticipate an itinerary of 5 to 7 business days for the credit statement to reflect on your banking dashboard.
